At Midlands Sweet Cart Co, we believe every event deserves a little extra sweetness! Our eye-catching sweet cart hire options are packed with delicious treats and colourful displays, making them perfect for weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, baby showers, reveal parties, and everything in between. With our pre-built packages or a 'pick n mix' to suit your own requirements and budget, guests can enjoy a handful of sweets or indulge in a full-on sweet feast, creating unforgettable memories at any event.

Sweet Cart and Candy Kiosk Hire – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
· A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.
· By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
· Midlands Sweet Cart Co reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.
- If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, Midlands Sweet Cart Co reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
- Payments can be made via cash, debit card or bank transfer. Details will be shared once a booking has been agreed.
- Deposits are non-refundable as they cover administration, preparation, and holding your chosen date exclusively for your event.
- Cancellations made by the client:
- More than or equal to 30 days before the event: any payments made will be refunded minus £25 administration fee.
- Less than 14 days before the event: no refunds will be issued.
- If Midlands Sweet Cart Co needs to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, any payments made will be refunded or an alternative date may be offered where possible.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- Any changes to your booking details, including venue, guest numbers, theme, or hire requirements, must be communicated as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or alterations close to the event date.
- Final sweet choices and styling details must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. To avoid disappointment, any order including personised accessories must be finalised 21 days prior to the event.
5. Sweet Cart or Candy Kiosk Hire & Setup
Midlands Sweet Cart Co will arrive at an agreed time before the event to set up the sweet cart or candy kiosk.
- The client is responsible for ensuring suitable access to the venue, including parking and a safe setup area.
- The sweet cart or candy kiosk require a clean, stable, and suitable space away from hazards.
- The Sweet Cart dimensions are H200cm W110cm D60cm. The Candy Kiosk dimensions are H168cm W128cm D60cm.
- Any venue restrictions must be communicated before the event.
- Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult when using the sweet cart or candy kiosk, as some sweets may present a choking hazard. Midlands Sweet Cart Co does not accept any responsibility for children using the sweet cart or candy kiosk without appropriate adult supervision.
- The sweet cart and candy kiosk both consist of components that may come loose if climbed on, leaned on or moved. Midlands Sweet Cart Co does not accept any liability in the event of injury relating to misuse.
6. Damage & Loss
- The client is responsible for any damage caused to the sweet cart or candy kiosk, equipment, props, or decorations by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the hire period.
- Any costs for repairs or replacement items may be charged to the client. This includes recovering costs via legal means if deemed necessary.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Midlands Sweet Cart Co cannot guarantee that sweets are free from allergens due to the nature of ‘pick and mix’, packaged sweet products and shared environments.
- Clients and guests are responsible for checking ingredient information before consuming any products.
- Any known allergies should be communicated before booking.
8. Sweets & Display
- Sweet selections may vary depending on availability.
- We reserve the right to substitute sweets with similar alternatives if required.
- Displays may differ slightly from photographs due to stock availability, seasonal products, or event styling.
9. Event Access & Safety
- The client must ensure there is adequate space and access for delivery, setup, and collection.
- Midlands Sweet Cart Co reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues, traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Photography & Marketing
- Midlands Sweet Cart Co may take photographs of the setup after completion for promotional purposes.
- We will not share photographs showing guests, children, or private details without appropriate permission.
11. Client Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue address, and contact information.
- Midlands Sweet Cart Co cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
- We pride ourselves on delivering a sweet and enjoyable experience for every event. In return, we expect to be treated with the same kindness and respect. Abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any booking cancelled due to such behaviour will result in all payments being forfeited and no refund being issued.
12. Agreement
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Midlands Sweet Cart Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of booking will apply.
13. Complaints Procedure
At Midlands Sweet Cart Co, we aim to provide a high standard of service and ensure every customer has a positive experience. If you have a concern or complaint, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work towards a resolution.
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event date and should include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Event date and booking details
- A clear description of your complaint
- Any supporting information or photographs where relevant

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 14 working days, where possible.
We ask that all complaints are made respectfully. Any abusive, threatening, or aggressive communication will not be tolerated and may result in communication being ended in line with our Zero Tolerance Policy.
